The tank mount was ordered for a 2009 Yamaha R1LE. However, the mount did not fit correctly. The supplier was contacted, requested the model number, stated that the correct model number was received and offered to accept the item as a return. The purchase price was so good, that shipping the item back, would have cost me more than the purchase, so I kept the mount. The mount is constructed of very solid metals and comes with a variety of bolts for mounting. A great package overall!Notes:1. 4 out of 5 stars because the correct model number did not correctly fit my tank.2. Make sure your tank area is high enough to see over your instrument cluster. Even if this did mount in my case, the mount would not have been high enough to see 100% over the instrument cluster.

Used this on my Gixxer 600 gas tank. Mounts up fine w/ hardware included but no instructions were provided. Had to figure out that I needed a 'tripod' mount for the GoPro which is only about $5. The gas cap was able to open fine w/ this mounted on there too.Only thing is, if you are a taller rider and go into a racing tuck, your face might hit the camera. Even though you mount the camera at the most forward position, its still too close.Wasn't a problem for me...at the track, my GoPro Silver mounted up sturdy and the video turned out good, no shaking or vibrating. Solid mount.

Mount fit my 2011 Hayabusa like a glove but you have to rig away to mount your phone or GPS. I used Velcro and it works well. I found an old phone case that I wasn't using and put the Velcro on it and the face of the Tank Mount. Phone stays in place without issue.
